Purchasing and Returns

How do I know Hahapress is a secure store?

Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Hahapress has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to secure servers.

What payment forms are acceptable?

Hahapress accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

Is a PayPal account required to purchase from Hahapress?

Not at all. PayPal allows users to make purchases without signing up for an account. If you prefer to use your Paypal account to complete your purchase, go ahead and use it. We just want you to be happy.

What is the Hahapress return policy?

As we have said, we just want you to be happy. Unused tees can be exchanged within 10 business days from delivery. Just include a copy of the packing slip from your purchase. If a product was delivered damaged, it can be returned for a new product, shipped to you at no additional charge. We can answer any other questions that are not answered here about acceptable returns.

What tee brand does Hahapress use?

Hahapress tees are printed on American Apparel because of their quality and the fact that they are made in the USA. We use 100% cotton, 50/50, and Tri-blend tees. Check the product page for exact specifications on each tee.

What shirt size do I order?

Please, check the sizing charts on each product page for proper sizing. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

How can I find out when Hahapress will have sales or release new shirts?

It's simple, follow us on Facebook» and Twitter» or join our newsletter at the bottom of the page. Yet another option would be to read our blog. We will do our best to keep all of these resources up to date.

Who designs your shirts?

At one point we had several designers contributing designs to Hahapress, however, now all of our shirts are designed by Ian Law. If you are interested in contacting him, you can find his contact info on his website».

Shipping Policies

When should I expect my shirt to arrive?

All orders shipped in the US will arrive in about 5 business days. Orders outside of the US can take up to 3-5 weeks, it is mainly dependent on the custom processing and destination.

How are your shirts shipped?

USPS Priority Mail is used for all US orders. USPS First Class International Mail is utilized when shipping outside the US.

How much does shipping cost?

For the most part, shipping will cost around $5; however if you are purchasing multiple shirts the shipping fees will be adjusted based on the number of items and weight of the package.You can always check your shipping fees before you place your order by filling your cart with the items you would like to order, selecting a destination, and pushing the "update total" button. For orders placed outside the US, the price may vary. In addition, international orders may be subjected to customs fees.

Do you ship internationally?

We do our best to send our shirts to all parts of the world. If you are unable to place an order through our site, please contact us via email and we will see what can be arranged.
